Had a fantastic time at Misiana! The decor caught my eye right away, resembling the laid-back Florida Keys. I enjoyed a speedy check-in and a comfy room that was surprisingly quiet despite being in the center of town. The bar on the ground floor was a nice spot to unwind with a drink. The view from my room was lovely, with pleasant scenery of the old town. However, a few things could use improvement. The breakfast service closed at 10:30, which felt a bit early for my schedule. Also, while the staff at the reception were generally helpful, I encountered an unfriendly receptionist who seemed unwelcoming when I needed assistance. Overall, it was a charming place, but a little more attention to guest comfort would go a long way.

charming old town atmosphere, proximity to ferry, vibrant bar scene
The elevator could definitely use an upgrade. it's way too small!!! The common areas felt cramped at times, making it hard to move around with bags. An expanded lounge area would be a nice improvement!!!

charming, charming, charming
What a wonderful surprise! I was in a delightful old part of town that felt like a seaside movie set. Enjoyed a cozy Twin Room that was both comfortable and well-equipped, including a kettle for tea and coffee. The breakfast options, although missed due to my early ferry, were made fresh and pleasantly delicious.
100% recommend 😍💖

We had an amazing experience with stunning views from our private terrace and enjoyed the chic bar for drinks, though we had to walk for breakfast.

missingWrote a review on 18 Octmaintenance issues
The junior suite on the roof terrace was in need of maintenance, with a loose deck, old furniture, and a cracked glass door that was taped over. A dead flower arrangement in the room and an old fridge with ice buildup suggested a lack of attention to detail, while the grouting around the sink invited unwanted ants due to apparent neglect.

Our stay at Misiana was great! The penthouse suite had a stunning private terrace with sunbeds, offering breathtaking views of the Strait of Gibraltar and Tarifa. The location is perfect for exploring the charming old town and is just a short walk to the ferry port and beach. The smooth check-in process and the thoughtful bottle of Cava waiting in our room were nice touches.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely views made for a pleasant stay. The vibrant bar scene was enjoyable, and the staff provided exemplary service, especially when assisting with luggage. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the need for a car to reach the beach was a bit inconvenient. The elevator was also quite small, making it challenging to transport luggage smoothly.
